Visitors and users of the SIA "Samlits" online store https://kugitisjur mala.lv/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") agree to and undertake to comply with the following terms of use. 1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. SIA Samlits sells tickets for voyages on its ships.
1.2. SIA Samlits has the right to determine or change ticket prices and terms of sale, determine seat locations, set minimum or maximum occupancy during voyages, and other parameters.
2. Prices and Payment
2.1. Ticket prices and the number of tickets available in the online store at the corresponding price are subject to change until the buyer adds tickets to the cart.
2.2. Ticket discounts are available only at standard prices. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
2.3. Tickets for the same event may be sold at different prices at the same time.
2.4. Sia Samlits reserves the right to develop its own ticket sales strategy without prior notice to visitors and ticket holders.
2.5. In accordance with Sia Samlits' strategy, special ticket offers or special prices may be available, the terms of which are specified separately in the description of each offer.
2.6. The buyer has 15 minutes to pay for tickets selected in the online store, during which time the buyer must pay using online banking or payment cards (VISA, Mastercard).
2.7. If the buyer fails to make payment within 15 minutes, the transaction has failed. Tickets are automatically listed for free sale, and the buyer must repeat the purchase process.
2.8. Purchasing tickets from the online store www.kugitisjurmala.lv is a paid service, and the delivery cost, if applicable for the selected delivery method, is added to the total purchase amount.
2.9. Reserving tickets from the online store is not possible, and payment for selected tickets must be made within 15 minutes of adding them to the cart.
2.10. Sia Samlits reserves the right to cancel any purchase if it suspects fraudulent transactions, the use of someone else's online banking account, payment card, and/or payment card details. In this case, the purchase of goods and services is illegal. Anyone found guilty of such a criminal transaction may be prosecuted under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Latvia.
3. Ticket Use Terms
3.1. A ticket may be used within 15 days of purchase, but no later than September 10 of the current year.
3.2. If a ticket is not used by the last day of its validity (inclusive), the Buyer is deemed to have refused to use the ticket and forfeits the right to receive the service, except as specified in Section 3.7.
3.3. If the ticket is intended for an event, concert, special trip, travel, etc. that takes place on a specific date(s), the Buyer must use the ticket no later than the relevant event, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
3.4. If the seller was prepared to provide the service specified in Section 3.3, but the Buyer (legal entity or individual) fails to appear or refuses to receive the service, Sia Samlits reserves the right not to refund the amount paid for the service.
3.5. A trip may be cancelled/the Buyer may be denied travel:
3.5.1. due to unsuitable weather conditions;
3.5.2. due to technical reasons;
3.5.3. if the vessel is overbooked;
3.5.4. if there are insufficient passengers;
3.5.5. in the event of force majeure.
3.6. If the Buyer has purchased a ticket and upon arrival at the relevant pier, any of the conditions listed in 3.4.2, 3.4.3, or 3.4.4 are discovered, and if Sia Samlits is able to offer the trip, the Buyer has the option to use their ticket on another offered trip.
3.7. The Buyer has the right to a refund for the purchased ticket or an extension of the ticket's validity for an additional 15 days if any of the conditions listed in 3.6 are met.
3.8. The purchaser has the right to extend the ticket's validity for an additional 15 days once (without stating a reason) during the ticket's validity period, observing the deadlines specified in paragraph 3.1. After the ticket's validity has expired, it cannot be extended, except for cases specified in paragraph 3.6.
3.9. Since the ticket's validity is 15 days and Sia Samlits does not make reservations, the purchased ticket does not guarantee a seat on a specific flight.
3.10. For the Riga Panorama flight, you must arrive no later than 30 minutes before the flight's departure.
3.11. For the Sunset flight, you must arrive no later than 40 minutes before the flight's departure.
3.12. Changes to the ship's schedule are subject to change.
3.13 Tickets must be in printed form, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
3.14. All complaints regarding the content, quality, and advertising of the event should be sent to SiaSamlits by email.
4. Delivery
4.1. Electronic tickets are automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer after payment.
4.2. Sales of electronic tickets will cease at the end of the season or earlier at the discretion of Sia Samlits.
5. Seller Liability
5.1. One customer may purchase a maximum of 20 tickets for one trip per purchase, unless Sia Samlits determines otherwise.
5.2. Sia Samlits does not verify the user's identity. Without limiting the foregoing, each visitor and user of the online store confirms that SIA Samlits is the processor of their personal data and agrees that the data may be collected, registered, recorded, stored, organized, modified, used, transferred and distributed, blocked, or deleted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. 5.3. Personal data processed by Sia Samlits in accordance with these Terms of Use shall only include data provided by the visitor or user of the online store, indicating the details for purchasing tickets from the online store. The sole and proper purpose of processing personal data under these Terms of Use is to ensure the operation of the online store (on the website www.kugitisjurmala.lv).
5.4. Contact information is provided at the beginning of these Terms of Use and is also available on the website www.kugitisjurmala.lv.
5.5. Sia Samlits does not verify the identity of the purchaser or ticket holder and is not liable for any damages that may arise as a result.
5.6. Violation of the Online Store Terms of Use entitles the user to block access and/or cancel any ticket purchase.
5.7. Sia Samlits Sia Samlits is not responsible for articles, comments, or other information posted on the website by online store users or website visitors.
5.8. The website may contain reviews and links to information from around the internet, as Sia Samlits has no control over these sites or the information posted there and is not responsible for the currency, relevance, or informativeness of the information on these sites.
5.9. Any use of this website (for ticket sales, advertising, business offers, or other commercial activities), including links, is prohibited without the written permission of Sia Samlits.
6. Buyer's Responsibility
6.1. The online store user undertakes not to interfere with the operation of the online store and its technological solutions.
6.2. Any monitoring of the online store's operation, copying, reproduction, application, use, or publication of data for any purpose is prohibited. Any actions that result in the download of an unreasonably large volume of information from the online store or ticket booking system are prohibited. 6.3. By using the online store, the user agrees to:
6.3.1. be at least 18 years of age and be fully responsible (for persons aged 7 to 18 with limited responsibility, confirmation from the fully responsible person that they have been granted the right to use the online store is required);
6.3.2. comply with all terms of use of the online store;
6.3.3. be fully responsible for ensuring that their username or password does not become known to third parties;
6.3.4. not use a third-party payment card to pay for tickets;
6.3.5. comply with the terms of use of tickets indicated on each ticket.
6.4. Violation of the terms of use entitles Sia Samlits to block access and/or cancel the ticket purchase by any user. Any disputes that may arise during purchases from the online store will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
